At Achieve, our team is made up of experienced, compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are dedicated to helping every child and family thrive. We know that every learner is unique, and our team brings a wide range of professional expertise to support your family's goals through trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming care.

Nora has been a BCBA since 2009. She founded Achieve in 2009 and brings a special education background to the team.

Zane has been a BCBA since 2021, he specializes in sex education for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Elevatus.

Carrie has been a BCBA since 2012. She leads our Project ImPACT program, helping parents learn practical strategies to support their child's development at home.

Jen has been a BCBA since 2024 and has extensive experience creating a rich learning environment for our Learning Pods clients.

Lily has been a BCBA since 2023, she leads our Sibshops program, supporting siblings of children with disabilities through connection and fun.
